What is better in the summer than delicious tropical fruit? I’ve been eating mango, watermelon, and pineapple non stop. Sometimes I eat them as is or blend them in a smoothie. One day the idea came to me to create a delicious DIY tropical HAIR Smoothie using two of my favorite tropical fruits -pineapple and mango.
- 1/2 cup Soy Milk
- 1/4 cup of pineapple and mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp SheaMoisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil
